At the Chair of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Controlling (Chair holder Professor Dr. Robert Obermaier), a position is available starting October 1, 2026, as:
Research Assistant (m/f/d) (75 percent of regular working hours, pay group 13 TV-L)
to be filled on a fixed-term basis for at least one year (with the possibility of extension). Your Tasks You will approach challenging tasks in research and teaching with interest and passion in order to achieve excellent results. The opportunity for a doctorate is provided. The research and teaching focuses of the chair are in the areas of Controlling, Unternehmensbewertung, Entscheidungstheorie, Wertorientierte Steuerung and Corporate Governance, Produktions- und Supply-Chain-Controlling, as well as Industrie 4.0.
Your Profile You possess a very good degree in economics (Diplom or Master's from a university). Relevant knowledge in at least one of the aforementioned focus areas is an advantage. A confident command of the English language in speaking and writing is required. In addition to organizational and communicative skills, a high degree of motivation, social competence, teamwork, and initiative are expected.
