• Laboratory technical support for scientific and non-scientific staff in the research operations of the Pharmakognosie institute area, particularly in bioanalytical, cell biological, and molecular pharmacological work

• Dedicated laboratory technical support for teaching operations in the Pharmakognosie institute area

• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and smooth processes in research laboratories and teaching rooms; independent performance of general cleaning tasks as well as cleaning of special laboratory equipment and utensils

• Support with ordering, inventory, storage, and provision of chemicals, biological samples, laboratory materials, and medicinal drugs

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a Labortechniker:in in the field of Biochemie or an equivalent qualification; ideally initial experience in a laboratory or medical environment

• Knowledge in the field of laboratory safety, preferably including S1 and S2 laboratory standards

• English skills appropriate to the activity; German skills are an advantage

• Confident handling of common IT applications, especially MS Office

• Team-oriented, reliable, and careful way of working with initiative

• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, as well as enjoyment of continuous learning and further training
