Psychopedagogical Coordinator

Coordinates teacher updating and training processes, and possesses a high degree of knowledge in psychopedagogy and technology, which will allow them to lead projects related to these educational areas, creating tools, training, courses, work guides, and appropriately mediated, updated learning resources aligned with the institutional philosophy and the guidelines of the academic vice-rectorate.

Bachelor's degree in Pedagogía, Educación or Educación y Aprendizaje. Master's degree in Docencia Superior, Educación, Educación Digital, Tecnología Digital or related.

Knowledge in curricular development, learning methodologies, study modalities, andragogía, instructional design, pedagogical mediation, management of LMS platforms, videoconferencing software, and tools for the creation of learning objects is required.

Desirable experience in teacher training processes, development of training plans, upskilling, and reskilling.

We are looking for a person with analytical, logical, and flexible thinking, excellent communication, reading comprehension, ease of working in a team, problem-solving capacity, adaptability, and skills in organization, self-management, and educational research.

Intermediate English language.
