About the role: Guarantee academic quality so that the student community achieves level B1, according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference), at the end of the English language teaching program according to the corresponding Level and/or Academic Program, adding level A2 in third languages as applicable, promoting the use of tools designed by the Organization, validation of the methodology employed by the teacher in front of the group, and attraction of teaching talent, adhering to current policies and/or procedures, Code of Ethics, and Institutional Philosophy.
Your main challenges:
- Supervise and validate the implementation of language programs on campus through class observations and didactic planning to ensure academic quality.
- Guarantee attendance at specialized training sessions, organized jointly with the Dirección General de Idiomas, with the aim of improving teaching-learning strategies that guarantee the academic achievement of the students.
- Manage the application and preparation of language exams for application on campus based on the scope and exam guidelines established by the Dirección General de Idiomas.
- Validation and delivery of student forecasts for the acquisition of didactic and evaluation materials.
- Provide follow-up to the area's indicators to guarantee academic quality as well as compliance with the policies and/or procedures established Institutionally.
- Perform the LISA (Laureate International Standards Assessment) institutional self-diagnosis and, based on the results obtained, develop an improvement plan for the campus.
- Comply with the established standard of hours in front of the group.
Profile we are looking for:
Indispensable requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English Teaching, English Language, English Teaching, or related careers (Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, Educational Sciences) with ELT Certification.
- Current DELF and DALF certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in language teaching in similar Institutions.
- English level C1 (with current certifications).
- Data management and analysis.
- Mastery of learning platforms, Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of language accreditation processes (English and French).
- Effective communication.

- Schedule availability: Monday to Saturday / Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (Lunch break from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
