Talent Management Generalist

Job Objective Support the implementation and execution of Human Talent Management strategies, programs, and processes, contributing to the development, retention, and proper management of personnel. Likewise, ensure compliance with current labor regulations and an efficient administrative operation, aligned with institutional objectives. Main Functions Accompany and follow up with leaders in the different Human Talent Management processes, promoting their alignment with the institutional strategy and the achievement of results. Coordinate with leaders the review and update of job descriptors and the organizational structure. Manage the attraction, selection, and hiring processes of talent for the service units of the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, striving to fill vacant positions in a timely manner with candidates who respond to the needs and culture of the institution. Manage the onboarding and registration process of new collaborators, ensuring the complete and timely integration of the file and the documentation required by Salarios y Prestaciones. Prepare and present monthly and annual reports related to personnel movements, including hires, terminations, transfers, new entries, and vacations. Ensure compliance with current labor legislation, institutional policies, and applicable internal procedures. Identify opportunities for improvement in Human Talent Management processes and propose actions that contribute to strengthening operational efficiency.
Academic Level: Bachelor's degree in Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, or a related field Master's studies in Recursos Humanos or Proyectos are desirable Experience and Knowledge: 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Talent functions Verifiable experience in recruitment and selection processes and competency-based interviews. Skill in customer service and adaptation to change Management of psychometric testing platforms Knowledge of different job boards and recruitment sources Knowledge of Human Talent best practices and current trends Proficiency in information systems Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and data management Intermediate proficiency in the English language
