Job Objective Manage and optimize investment in digital media to generate demand and qualified leads, through the implementation of multi-channel campaigns, conversion measurement, audience management, and continuous analysis of results, proposing actions that improve budget efficiency and contribute to the fulfillment of the institution's recruitment objectives.

  1. Budget

1.1 Activities Define objectives, indicators, audiences, formats, and investment distribution per channel based on recruitment needs. Monitor spending by campaign and platform, compare execution with the budget, and project the period's closing. Redistribute investment according to performance and priorities, within approved limits, documenting the adjustments made. 2.1 Activities Configure campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360, LinkedIn Ads, and Tik Tok Ads for lead generation, conversion, reach, and video, defining ads, audiences, and budget. Create audiences based on behavior, interest, and stage of the conversion process, using available data sources.

3.1 Activities Check links, forms, ads, segmentation, and campaign delivery; detect and correct operational incidents. Define attribution windows, exclusions, and differentiated messages to recover interested users and avoid unnecessary impacts. Analyze results by channel, campaign, audience, and ad to identify opportunities and causes of low performance.

  1. Reporting

4.1 Activities Consolidate and clean investment and results data from platforms, identifying inconsistencies before preparing the report. Build and update dashboards with recruitment, conversion, and budget indicators to visualize trends and deviations. Present conclusions and an action plan with optimization proposals, priorities, and monitoring criteria based on the findings.

Academic studies: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Language: English, intermediate level Experience: Three years of experience Specific knowledge and skills: Desirable Meta Business Ads, Google Ads, DV360 (practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, pixels, tags, and conversion events), Tik Tok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, knowledge of AI tools, intermediate Excel management, and experience in data management tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays from 8:00 to 12:00 occasionally according to activities/events to be covered. Availability to work in person at the Campus Central of the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, located in Vista Hermosa III Zona 15.
