*Overview*

*Required Skills:*

• Performing the machining of parts on manual and conversational equipment (Lathes, Milling Machines, Slotters, Surface Grinders, etc.)
• Conversational CNC Mill/Lathe knowledge is an asset
• Using measuring instruments (micrometers, Vernier calipers, dial indicators, etc.)
• General mechanical aptitude and mechanical background with emphasis on trouble shooting and problem solving
• Must be results driven, conscientious, dependable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of their true abilities
• Working in compliance with safety regulations

*Required Experience/Education:*

• Legally eligible to work for an employer in Canada without sponsorship.
• Journeyperson with at least 5 years of experience
• Able to understand, communicate, and read English

*Assets in Experience/Skills:*

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Experience in Oil and Gas industry
