Production Planner

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Planner to manage and optimize production planning activities within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily and weekly production plans based on customer orders and production capacity. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Planning, QC, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production flow. Monitor production progress and update plans based on actual output and machine availability. Coordinate raw material availability with the Warehouse and Purchasing teams. Identify potential production delays and take timely corrective action. Maintain production schedules, planning reports, and related records. Monitor production capacity, manpower, machine availability, and material requirements. Support management with production planning and capacity reports. Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are followed. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Previous experience as a Production Planner in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory, and material requirements. Strong coordination and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Candidates with rubber manufacturing / industrial manufacturing experience will be preferred.
