Assistant Store Manager (Lacoste)

Job Description

Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize employee engagement. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with relevant departments. Ensure accuracy in stock levels through regular stock audits. Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Develop and manage the store budget, including sales targets and expenses. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics. Contribute to the analysis of sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

• Having min. 2-year related experience as a store supervisor especially in retail company
• Excellency in customer service, passionate with good fashion sense
• Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Service oriented with great passion for retail industry
• Energetic and positive
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
