Your tasks

This role will define and communicate a cohesive design vision and strategy across our multi-service portfolio, ensuring consistency and seamless user experiences across every customer touchpoint.

As Univers’ platform scales rapidly, you will establish and evolve design processes, frameworks, and quality standards that empower the team to drive high-impact work through data-backed decision-making.

• Define and scale a unified design vision across our services portfolio, guaranteeing brand and experience consistency at every touchpoint.
• Establish scalable design frameworks, processes, and quality standards that keep pace with Univers’ rapid platform growth while fostering data-driven decision-making.
• Create tools and ways of working that enable others, making it easier for teams across Assured to build great experiences at scale.
• Lead the team through a significant paradigm shift as emerging AI tools reshape the practice of design. This includes defining AI-assisted workflows, rethinking traditional design methodologies, and elevating the strategic role of UX within the organization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on shared design patterns, interaction models, and robust design systems that seamlessly scale across multiple AI-powered services.
• Raise the bar for craft, consistency, and accessibility across our products.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Strong product design experience, including meaningful work on design systems, platform experiences, or shared product foundations.
• Proven experience leading UX for complex B2B or SaaS platforms.
• Strong background in UX architecture, interaction models, and system-level design.
• Strong understanding of agentic automation and how it will impact traditional design models.
• A systems thinker who can turn complexity into clear, scalable solutions.
• Experience working deeply with Engineering and enough technical fluency to understand how design systems become real, scalable product infrastructure.
• Ability to partner across Brand and Product, connecting expressive brand thinking with functional needs.
• A natural leader who can create clarity, alignment, and momentum without needing a lot of structure.
• Practical and hands-on. You can think long-term while knowing when to simplify, make progress, and get things shipped.
• Curiosity about AI and the future of how teams design and build products.
• Experience supporting multi-product or platform-based organizations is preferred.
• A background in high-growth, fast-scaling product environments is preferred.
