About the company
Univero Singapore, a Singapore HQ company, having associate offices in USA, and Vietnam is an International trading company dealing mainly in Petrochemical polyolefins, Secondary and Recyclable plastic raw material. They are currently being procured globally and sold to South-East Asia, Sub-Continent Region.
Your tasks
Univero is looking for an Experienced Shipping and documentation personnel who will be responsible with day-to-day shipping, logistics and documentation.
- Manage full spectrum of shipping logistics and documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.
- Monitor and track shipment booking,transit and schedules
- Data entry & procedural keeping of shipment schedules, quotes, bills
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or relevant field.
- Min 2-3 years of shipping and logistics experience.
- Import Export or Shipping environment knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, excel and power point.
- Problem Solving abilities and attention to detail.
