• Analysis of political, social, and technological developments as well as identification of relevant trends in the competitive environment
• Derivation and evaluation of new product ideas with a focus on future customer and market requirements
• Consolidation of innovative product concepts in close cooperation with various specialist departments
• Development and management of product roadmaps, taking into account customer benefit, economic efficiency, sustainability, and technical framework conditions
• Identification and utilization of synergies within the TRATON Gruppe to support efficient product development
• Initiation of new projects based on strategic roadmaps and support for early project initiation
• Preparation of decision-making bases and product strategy discussions for relevant management and executive boards
• Responsibility for topics in the field of Smart Vehicle & User Experience with a focus on Driver Experience and the driver workstation

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in product management, strategy environment, Business Development, or a comparable function
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a good understanding of market and technology trends
• Structured way of working and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and prepare them in a goal-oriented manner
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance when working with different stakeholders
• Initiative, creativity, and assertiveness in the development and implementation of new ideas
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense for customer needs and economic contexts
• Enjoyment of working in an international and dynamic environment
• Fluent English skills as well as strong intercultural competence
• German language skills are an advantage, if not already present at a native level

• Annual salary of 79,479 € with an increase to 98,512 € from the 16th month
