On-site Maintenance & Project Coordinator Harrogate £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Company Van Provided - Yorkshire travel Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm Our client is looking for a practical, organised and customer-focused individual to join their team as an On-site Maintenance & Project Coordinator . This is a varied, predominantly site-based role combining project support, customer liaison and hands-on maintenance activities. Working closely with customers, suppliers and contractors, you'll help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is not an office-based project coordination role. The majority of your time will be spent on-site supporting projects, coordinating activities and assisting with practical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Acting as a key point of contact for customers throughout their project Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries Visiting sites to monitor progress and help keep projects on schedule Keeping customers updated throughout the project lifecycle Assisting with maintenance, commissioning and handover activities Supporting contractors and helping resolve on-site issues Learning and developing an understanding of specialist equipment and systems About You Practical or technical background Strong communication and customer service skills Organised and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working on-site and alongside tradespeople Proactive approach to problem-solving Willingness to learn new technical skills Full UK driving licence Previous industry experience is not essential as full training will be provided. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Suitable candidates may come from a hands-on background such as building, plumbing, maintenance, landscaping, groundworks, installation or general construction.
