Senior Engineer/ Staff Engineer

Responsibilities: Manage engineering projects from start to completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery Prepare and maintain project and engineering documentation Review customer specifications and requirements to ensure they meet business and engineering needs Identify technical issues, gaps, and risks, and work with relevant teams to resolve them Develop project timelines, track progress, and follow up on key actions and deliverables Monitor project performance, quality, yield, and delivery, and drive improvement actions when needed Support process development, qualification, reliability, yield, and quality improvement activities Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, process capability, and cost Support new product and customer projects through technical review, feasibility assessment, and problem solving Investigate and resolve engineering and manufacturing issues using appropriate problem-solving methods Manage changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment

Requirements Degree in Engineering or a related discipline Relevant experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry Good problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and project coordination skills Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams
