Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities: Ensure daily production targets are achieved while maintaining good quality standards, process compliance, line discipline, and housekeeping Ensure compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and specifications Liaise with supporting departments to address and resolve abnormalities encountered on the production line Monitor machine stoppages and escalate long downtime stoppages Prepare and report production incidents occurring on the line Manage manpower allocation according to production requirements Assist in preparing and monitoring production reports, including Output and WIP reports Identify and implement improvement plans and activities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency Provide guidance and coaching to Supervisors Monitor and drive continuous improvement of 6S practices across all shifts Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline Experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be an advantage Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
