INTEGRATED READINESS ANALYST
You will serve as a INTEGRATED READINESS ANALYST in the ENTERPRISE READINESS INTEGRATION, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/COS Division of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Major duties
- You will manage the programs for Fleet Readiness Boards and for Fleet Commanders’ Readiness Councils. These address Navy readiness programs for ships, subs, aircraft and expeditionary forces.
- You will coordinate all briefer and participant schedules.
- You will handle all email, audio visual, electronic, and hardcopy support.
- You will be the lead author for both pre-event executive summary and post-event memorandum for record on Fleet commander decision briefs.
- You will cover Navy's Air, Surface, Subsurface, Expeditionary, Cyber, Log, Intel, Manpower, and Comptroller realms.
Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-13, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conducting independent actions in support of annual schedules and execution of recurring information and decision brief cycles. Experience directing a Navy team on event planning and execution for Flag level events. Experience directly formulating Navy gameplans to manage the competing demands of multiple stakeholders. Experience with Navy TYCOMs and SYSCOMs Experience analyzing reports related to Navy Warfare Enterprise strategies and Navy readiness reporting. Experience utilizing online databases to track the completion status of tasks from CNO to Fleet Commanders and from Fleet Commanders to subordinate staff. Experience demonstrating an understanding of the relationships between supporting and supported commanders and the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders. Bachelors degree in a technical, business, or financial management field is desired.
