Logistics Operations Coordinator (Woodlands, 5 Days, $2.8k)

Salary: $2,800 Work Days: 5 Days Work Location: Woodlands (Transport provided) Industry: Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations across logistics, warehouse and external parties to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prioritize urgent shipments and coordinate timely execution based on customer requirements.
• Review and verify customer shipping requirements, delivery arrangements & type.
• Handle customer enquiries and updates via email and phone.
• Support the Supervisor in resolving daily operational issues and making workflow decisions.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external parties to meet customer expectations.
• Perform other operational and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• GCE N/O Levels or Nitec holders
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, shipping or coordination
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Singaporean only need apply
