Your tasks

• Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including tender evaluation, cost estimation and tender submissions.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and attend tender meetings as required.
• Review subcontractors’ progress claims and prepare payment certifications.
• Support tendering, contract administration and procurement activities.
• Coordinate site meetings, monitor deliveries and track project progress against schedules.
• Provide general support to the department and assist with project-related matters as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building, Architecture or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in M&E or lighting industry is preferred
• Familiarity with tendering, cost estimation and contract administration is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with good written and spoken English
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently under pressure
• Singaporean only need apply
