Lighting Project Manager (Central, 5 Days, $8k)

Salary: $7,000 to $8,000

Work Days: 5 Days

Work Location: Central

Responsibilities:

• Manage lighting projects from tender preparation through execution and final handover.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, project schedules and tender documents.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, resources and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Oversee site installation, testing, commissioning, quality and safety compliance.
• Review technical drawings and resolve project, site and coordination issues.
• Manage variations, progress claims, costs and project documentation.
• Liaise with overseas teams to support technical coordination and project delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience managing architectural lighting projects or related lighting systems
• Experience in Singapore commercial, architectural lighting projects is an advantage
• Able to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships independently
• Strong technical, contractual and on-site problem-solving skills
• Relevant WSH or construction management certifications are preferred
• Singaporean only need apply
