Lighting Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the lighting design team, including workload, performance and development.
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, quality and budget control.
• Review project deliverables and provide direction to the design team.
• Manage key client relationships and attend meetings, presentations and site discussions.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues and manage project risks.
• Oversee tenders, proposals and project documentation.
• Support business development and identify new project opportunities.
• Mentor and develop team members while driving team performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of relevant lighting industry experience, with team and project management experience
• Strong leadership, client management and communication skills
• Good understanding of lighting projects, technical requirements and project coordination
• Organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Singaporean only need apply
