Freight Forwarding CS Coordinator (Jurong East, 5 Days, $3.5k)

Salary: $3,300 to $3,500 Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 6pm) Work Location: Jurong East (near MRT Station) Industry: Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and shipment-related matters.
• Coordinate LCL/FCL export shipments and transport arrangements with relevant parties.
• Liaise with service providers to ensure timely completion of required services and documentation.
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely status updates.
• Follow up on shipment arrangements, approvals and operational issues.
• Prepare shipment reports and assist with freight rate comparisons.
• Coordinate with internal teams and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Min. 1 year of relevant experience handling export shipments
• Familiar with export consolidation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Team-oriented, proactive and adaptable to dynamic operational requirements
• Singapore only need apply
