Investment Sourcing & Market Research Identify and evaluate early and growth stage blockchain technology companies across sectors such as payments, real world asset tokenization, infrastructure and enterprise solutions.

Build relationships with founders, accelerators, and ecosystem partners

Monitor regulatory developments, market trends and competitive landscapes

Investment Analysis & Due Diligence Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on prospective investments

Analyze business models, governance structures, and revenue mechanisms

Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos

Assess technology architecture in collaboration with technical advisors

Deal Execution & Portfolio Support Support deal structuring, term sheet analysis, and investment committee processes

Assist in post-investment portfolio support, including strategic planning and KPI tracking

Coordinate with legal, compliance and external advisors

Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge Development & Thought Leadership Contribute to research papers, market maps, and internal investment theses

Stay current on blockchain standards and tools

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking or consulting Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 business models Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
