Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives targeting both B2B and B2C audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Assist in planning and executing internal engagement activities and staff-related programmes to boost employee involvement
• Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prioritize workload independently to ensure timely completion of assignments under shifting priorities
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all communications and tasks
• Anticipate needs to provide proactive support without requiring direction
• Adapt calmly to pressure and changing priorities while maintaining a flexible approach

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in a similar dual-function role combining marketing support and executive assistance
• Prior experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or multi-entity environments
