QA Engineer

1. Control and monitor product quality throughout the production process
2. Perform quality inspections during Incoming Inspection, In-process Inspection, and Final Inspection before delivery
3. Read and interpret Engineering Drawing, Specification, and quality standards
4. Ensure that products comply with customer requirements and defined quality standards
5. Inspect welding, Machining, and painting quality through Visual Inspection
6. Analyze and investigate the root causes of quality issues, and implement Corrective and Preventive Action: CAPA
7. Prepare quality reports, record inspection results, and report Non-Conformance Report (NCR)
8. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and customers to resolve and follow up on quality issues
9. Support both Internal Audit and External Audit from external agencies or customers
10. Monitor and analyze Quality KPIs and propose Continuous Improvement approaches
11. Ensure the working system complies with ISO 9001 standards and Customer-Specific Requirements

Qualifications: Recruiting only male candidates, aged between 22–45 years, with a Bachelor's degree or higher At least 5 years of work experience in a Quality Engineer position Experience working in a manufacturer of excavator parts and familiarity with customer working standards Good command of English Positive work attitude and self-discipline Able to work overtime Plan quality for new products, study and analyze product drawings, determine necessary measuring tools, and prepare relevant quality inspection documents/forms Prepare requests, design, and coordinate the production of Special Gage for part inspection Control quality in the production process, perform daily quality inspections, verify the effectiveness of Self-Inspection, and perform other related quality control tasks
