HR Supervisor
HR System Development & Implementation
- Design, develop, and implement HR policies, operating procedures, and systems in alignment with company goals and local labor laws.
- Establish and develop recruitment processes, Onboarding, and new employee orientation.
- Establish and manage payroll and wage systems, including time attendance recording, overtime (OT) calculation, and compliance with legal requirements such as taxes, Social Security, and provident funds.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Responsible for and execute recruitment for key positions, from screening applications and interviewing to hiring.
- Coordinate and process Work Permit and visa matters for Expatriate employees as necessary.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Oversee that personnel administration complies with Thai labor laws, company policies, and employment contracts.
- Supervise and manage employee grievances, labor relations issues, including disciplinary actions according to company regulations.
Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare regular HR reports for management, such as headcount reports, turnover rates, payroll summaries, and legal compliance reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields. At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and managing more than 400 employees. Experience in establishing and setting up HR systems for new companies will be specially considered. Good knowledge and understanding of Thai labor law and Payroll administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS or payroll software. Good communication, leadership, and organizational management skills. Good command of English, including speaking, reading, and writing. Able to commute to work independently.
