- Analyze and resolve problems related to the use of BOI privileges, such as document discrepancies, remaining raw materials, stock cutting, and inquiries from government agencies.
- Support audits from the BOI office, Customs Department, and internal or external audit agencies, and prepare relevant documents.
- Monitor and update laws, regulations, and announcements related to BOI, Customs, and import–export to ensure operations are conducted correctly.
- Systematically store and manage BOI and import–export documents to ensure traceability.
- Prepare reports, summarize operational results, and present information to supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 27–35 years. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Customs, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in BOI, Import-Export, or Customs. Able to use BOI systems such as EMT, e-Tracking, e-Invoice, and related systems. Knowledge of import–export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Import/Export Entry. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of customs formalities and import–export. Coordination and problem-solving skills. Able to communicate in English. Able to commute to work independently.
