Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive MEP drawings for a diverse range of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs. Utilize advanced drafting software to produce detailed plans, schematics, and elevations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to identify potential clashes and propose effective solutions. Prepare detailed construction documentation , including schedules, specifications, and material lists. Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes and regulations , maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting standards and procedures. Skills & Technologies: To excel in this role, you will bring a robust skill set, including mastery of AutoCAD and a strong understanding of MEP systems . Experience with Revit and BIM methodologies will be highly valued, enabling you to contribute to cutting-edge projects. Proven expertise in AutoCAD and extensive experience in MEP Design and Engineering . Demonstrated proficiency in creating detailed Technical Drawings and Construction Documentation . Solid understanding of HVAC Systems , Plumbing Systems , and Electrical Systems . Familiarity with Revit and BIM methodologies is a significant advantage. Exceptional Attention to Detail , strong Problem-Solving skills, and effective Project Coordination abilities. A commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant designs. We are seeking an Experienced professional with a minimum of 6 to 15 years of dedicated experience as an MEP Draftsman or in a similar capacity within the construction, civil, or architectural engineering sectors.
