IPQC Engineer

1. Plan and control In-Process Quality Control (IPQC).
2. Analyze quality problems occurring in the production line (NG, Defect, Abnormal).
3. Have knowledge regarding Cross-section.
4. Follow up and confirm the results of Corrective / Preventive Action (CAR / PAR).
5. Prepare and improve SOP, Control Plan, Inspection Standard.
6. Control and analyze quality data using SPC / Trend / Yield.
7. Coordinate with the production department to resolve quality problems.
8. Support Audit work (Internal / External / Customer Audit).
9. Report quality status and key issues to supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Chemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 1–2 years of experience in QC / IPQC / QA / LAB / Process (experience in a PCB factory will be specially considered). Understand production process control principles such as Process Audit, Sampling, Defect Control. Able to read/interpret Drawing, Spec, WI. Have basic measuring tool skills and understand the operation of Micro Section / defect analysis. Be detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work in shifts. Have skills in preparing quality reports and following up on problem-solving. If having knowledge of IPC Standard, 5 Why, Fishbone, or SPC, will be specially considered. Good proficiency in basic computer use (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Have good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with production and engineering departments. Able to communicate English effectively, both speaking and writing.
