Associate Engineer (R&D)

1. Execute Cost Saving Programs
2. Improve process efficiency and increase production capacity
3. Scrap Reduction projects and quality improvement
4. Procure, install, and test machinery (FAT/SAT)
5. Analyze problems and special tasks as assigned by management
6. Prepare/improve MEE & SOP standards, including Process Deviation documents
7. Analyze customer complaints and prepare 8D reports
8. Research and develop new materials, new processes, and test parameters
9. Monitor Critical Part Numbers to support Customer Audit and prepare documentation

Night shift is a fixed shift, no shift rotation

Qualifications: No experience required (New graduates are welcome) Possess analytical and logical thinking skills and can work systematically Degrees in STEM (Science / Technology / Engineering / Mathematics) will be specially considered Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) English level: Basic – Intermediate Able to work shifts (Swing Shift and Night Shift)
