Your tasks

Provide port agency services and support the Operation Manager to ensure smooth vessel operations and crew management.

• Coordinate crew sign-on/off at ICA/MPA applications and ensure timely processing
• Arrange crew transportations and hotel accommodations
• Logistics coordination to facilitate efficient vessel turnaround and port activities
• Attend vessels at port or anchorage to provide on-site support as required
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver services that meet high-quality standards
