Software Engineer

Your tasks

Qlik Development

• Develop and optimize Qlik Sense scripts, set analysis, and data models to support business intelligence needs.
• Design and implement QVD layering and incremental data loads in production environments to ensure efficient data processing.
• Configure Section Access and enforce row-level security by country, business unit, and segment to protect sensitive data.
• Create and maintain master measures, dimensions, KPIs, and dashboard templates to standardize reporting.
• Tune reload processes and app performance using QMC and ODAG to enhance user experience and system reliability.

Data and Tooling

• Write and optimize SQL queries on Teradata and Trino/Impala handling datasets of hundreds of millions of rows to support analytics.
• Maintain metadata for reporting assets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Use Git for version control and implement automated regression checks for Qlik applications to maintain code quality.

Banking and Domain Knowledge

• Develop Qlik Sense applications tailored for banking environments, focusing on compliance, AML, or risk management users.
• Reconcile dashboard figures with source systems to ensure data integrity and trustworthiness.

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Qlik NPrinting and working knowledge of Engine or Capability APIs to extend reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for complementary data visualization and reporting.
