Research And Development Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for an R&D Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and improvement of new and existing products. The role will contribute to improving product performance and quality, reducing costs, and ensuring that developed products meet the required technical and manufacturing specifications.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop new product components and products to improve product efficiency and quality while reducing costs, under the supervision of the direct manager.

Develop prototypes and conduct technical tests and evaluations.

Understand the reference specifications of the company's products and prepare standard specifications for materials and products under development.

Prepare and update technical files, product documentation, and engineering drawings .

Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to conduct and evaluate production trials.

Implement required modifications to designs based on technical feedback and test results.

Analyze competitors' product specifications and performance through reverse engineering and prepare the required reports.

Inspect and evaluate new products to ensure compliance with defined specifications.

Analyze technical defects identified during the warranty period and contribute to identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Support continuous product improvement and development activities.

Conduct product testing, measurement, and validation activities to ensure product performance and compliance with required specifications.

Apply Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve technical issues.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, test reports, and engineering drawings.

Stay updated on new technologies, materials, and engineering solutions relevant to product development.

Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering .

1–3 years of experience in R&D, Product Development, or Engineering Design.

Good knowledge of product design and development fundamentals .

Ability to analyze test results and use relevant engineering design software .

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.

Ability to learn and continuously develop technical knowledge.

Good awareness of modern technologies and engineering solutions.

Ability to manage time, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a highly organized manner.

Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.

Previous experience in Lighting, LED, Electrical Products, or a related manufacturing industry is a plus.

Experience with CAD or other relevant engineering design software is a plus.

Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and technical problem-solving methodologies is a plus.

Experience in product testing, measurement, and validation is a plus.
