Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Prepare, schedule, manage, coordinate and monitor projects

1. Develop tender specifications and perform natural & unbiased tender evaluations

1. Attend to site test and inspections to ensure quality of standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to

1. Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required

1. Work closely with Project Managers and site personnel in the execution of task schedule

1. Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff at site

Requirements

1. Diploma / Bachelor degree in engineering or related field

1. Ability to identify innovative solutions to problems

3.Proactive, possess a positive attitude and able to work independently

4.Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills

1. Must have initiative and possess desire to learn

1. Ability to multi-task and work as a team
