Technical Team Leader permanent night shift

As Technical Lead in the night shift, you are the team leader for all technical profiles (8 people) in this shift, with the aim of maximizing production output while ensuring compliance with established quality standards. You coordinate and coach all technical profiles and manage escalations.

More specifically, you will:

• Ensure that equipment performance meets objectives and minimizes production errors.
• Provide support for technical problems on the shop floor and manage the escalation flow.
• Develop and coach technical personnel to achieve better team results.
• Be responsible for personnel administration within the shift (holidays, sick leave, transport, competency evaluations, etc.).
• Lead and coordinate escalations with other departments to resolve technical problems quickly.
• Distribute technical tasks among the technical personnel in the shift, determine priorities, and monitor progress during the shift.
• Participate in improvement projects.
• Support the recruitment of technical personnel if necessary.
• Support/lead the local certification process (depending on whether a training department is present on site).

Your profile

• Relevant bachelor's degree or technician with approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of technical coaching principles.
• Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and targeted coaching skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Able to use all necessary job-related tools and perform accurate manual adjustments.
• Analytical, logical, and interpreting mindset for complex technical data.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and coordinating technical activities at shift or zone level.
