What will you do?

As a Backoffice Employee, you are the fixed point of contact for your own customer portfolio. You provide information about products and deliveries, process orders, and ensure that customers receive the right support at the right time.

Your package of tasks includes:

  • You process questions and orders from customers and coordinate deliveries with the customer and the transport department.
  • You build up good knowledge of your customers so that you can respond to their needs and proactively support them in managing their order book.
  • You work closely with the Sales Managers and communicate regularly with the warehouse, Supply Chain, and production planning to ensure orders and deliveries run smoothly.
  • You coordinate sales of stock lots and ensure correct administration and follow-up.
  • You support transport activities by arranging transport orders, monitoring execution, and preparing transport analyses and reports.
  • You calculate and manage customer discounts and sales commissions and ensure that reporting is correct and timely.
  • You act as a backup for documentation regarding customs and export.
  • You work together with your colleagues and take over their tasks where necessary. You are responsible for your own customer portfolio, but you help the team when a colleague needs support.

Who are you?

You have these:

  • You have a higher education degree in a relevant field.
  • You can express yourself well in English or French, German is a plus.
  • You communicate clearly with customers and colleagues and think along about solutions when a question or problem arises.
  • You work in a structured manner, can work independently, and take initiative.
  • You have an analytical approach and can follow up on various administrative and commercial tasks.
  • You can work fluently with Microsoft Office.
