Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial packaging machines at customer sites in Belgium and Europe. You will work on-site at production companies, logistics players, and ports.

Your responsibilities:

• Assembly and installation of packaging machines
• Preventive maintenance and interventions during breakdowns
• Technical support at customer locations
• Reporting of performed activities
• Thinking along regarding optimizations and improvements

Both junior and senior profiles are eligible for this position as a service technician.

Your profile:

• Diploma in electromechanics, electricity, electronics, or equivalent through experience
• Basic knowledge of English and/or French
• Willingness to undertake short foreign trips
• Flexible availability (incl. on-call duty according to a rotation schedule)
• Strong administratively for reporting
• Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
