About the company

Unique Menen is looking for a customer service representative for the Vleteren region.

Your tasks

What will you have to do?

• You build sustainable relationships with your customers and act as their first point of contact.
• You follow the order entry process in our Navision system for the customers assigned to you.
• You ensure as efficient a flow as possible for the customer and proactively tackle system-technical problems.
• You help monitor the smooth delivery of our products within the predetermined delivery terms and agreements.
• You ensure periodic internal sales reporting.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• You have a bachelor's degree in planning or equivalent through experience.
• Experience is a plus, but your interest and your drive to go for it is what matters.
• You think proactively to ensure the whole process runs as efficiently as possible.
• You work in a detailed and organized manner.
• You are communicatively skilled and have a good knowledge of French and English.
• You enjoy working both autonomously and in a team.
• You are analytical and accuracy-oriented, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
