QA (Quality Assurance) Officer

1. Responsible for supervising quality assurance work
2. Manage customer claims and analyze root causes when problems are found
3. Supervise and maintain quality inspection standards for products before delivery to customers
4. Plan quality assurance work in the production process and establish inspection standards
5. Coordinate quality-related information with various departments to ensure compliance with requirements
6. Collect data and respond to customer needs to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications: No gender restriction Age 25 years and above Bachelor's degree in a related field At least 3 years of experience in quality control Honest, hardworking, responsible, detail-oriented, and observant in work Proficient in using the Internet and computers, and good at MS Office (Word, Excel) Fair proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English Basic knowledge of ISO9001 and GMP systems or FSSC 22000 Knowledge of measuring tools and no visual impairments (not color blind)
