ISO Officer

1. Coordinate with various departments related to quality systems and food safety work.
2. Organize training to provide knowledge and understanding of quality management systems and food safety to departments.
3. Provide consultation regarding documents in the quality and food safety systems.
4. Responsible for controlling and distributing documents to ensure they are always up-to-date; filing original documents and expired documents.
5. Control/maintain related record documents.
6. Collect and track KPIs; prepare Management Review meeting reports.
7. Report performance, abnormalities, and problems related to the quality system and food safety system to supervisors.
8. Others as assigned.

Qualifications: Male/Female, any gender. Age 20 years and above. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Have at least 2 years of experience in ISO9001 quality management systems (will be given special consideration). Honest, diligent, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Able to use the Internet and computers well; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Have knowledge and understanding of ISO9001 standards, basic GMP, or FSSC 22000. Good enough ability to speak, read, and write English.
