Customer Service Representative English-Polish-German

For an innovative transport player in Schelle (Antwerp), we are looking for a driven Customer Service Representative who communicates fluently in English, Polish, and German.

You will become an important link within the logistics department. Together with various partners and locations, you will ensure that return shipments are collected smoothly, efficiently, and on time. No two days are the same: you plan, coordinate, follow up, and intervene when something does not go as planned.

Your mission?

To ensure that every collection goes as smoothly as possible. You maintain the overview, communicate with the right parties, and spot potential problems before they truly become problems.

Concretely, this means you:

• Plan and organize collections by creating weekly assignments and maintaining contact with the involved partners and locations.
• Actively follow up on which locations have not yet been contacted and ensure that no collection slips through the cracks.
• Monitor performance and think along about solutions when a collection does not proceed according to plan.
• Keep customer data up-to-date, from phone numbers and email addresses to opening hours and other practical information.
• Continuously look for smart ways to increase the success rate of collections.
• Switch quickly in case of availability issues and ensure a suitable solution is found.

• You are strong in languages. You communicate fluently in English, Polish, and German and feel comfortable in an international working environment.
• Transport and logistics appeal to you. Experience is a plus, but not a must. Your motivation, eagerness to learn, and interest in the sector are at least as important.
• You are curious and eager to learn. You pick up new information quickly and have an interest in transport and logistics.
• You love structure. You work in an organized manner and ensure that your administration is kept clearly, transparently, and efficiently.
• You take initiative. You don't always wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done, but you think along and dare to take action.
