Union Square House (USH) is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing real estate team. If you have strong UAE real estate performance marketing experience and know how to generate high-quality leads and drive measurable results, we want to hear from you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns • Generate qualified property investor and buyer leads • Manage advertising budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS amp; ROI • Develop retargeting and conversion-focused campaigns • Manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRM amp; conversion tracking • Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and landing pages • Analyze campaign performance and improve lead quality and conversions • Work closely with Sales and Creative teams

Requirements

• Indian nationality • 5+ years of Performance Marketing experience • UAE experience • UAE real estate Performance Marketing experience • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads • Experience managing paid advertising budgets • Strong knowledge of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS amp; ROI • Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel amp; CRM • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset • Experience targeting investors, international audiences amp; HNWIs is an advantage
