WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Job Function: Parts Manager is responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department. Accomplishes objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying and advertising. Duties & Responsibilities : Forecasts goals objectives for the department and strive to meet them. Strives for harmony and team work with all other departments. Works with the Service Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs. Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the Parts Department. Hires, trains, motivate, counsels and monitor the performance of all Parts Department staff. Directs and schedules the activities of all parts department employees. Provides technical assistance to parts department employees. Conducts meetings with parts department employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual interest and to develop strategies for a more efficient operation. Monitors parts department employees’ payroll records. Develops, enforces and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership’s guidelines. Establishes and enforces a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and the cost of doing business. Monitors and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence. Performs other duties related or connection to the core function that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements: Educational Requirements : Graduate of any 4 year course or vocational, automotive technology or equivalent Skills Required : Must have strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
