INSURANCE MANAGER

Primary Purpose of the Job – Summary Statement: The Insurance Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall operations of the Insurance Department, ensuring sales growth, compliance, timely remittances, premium allocations, commission disbursements, reporting, and staff development. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency and adherence to company and regulatory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue optimization. Education/Qualifications/Job Related Work Experience /Skill Requirements: Qualifications (Essential): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent Work Experience : 3-5 years of work experience in the insurance, registration, or related field. Skills (Essential): Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and financial software. Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external coordination. Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Proactive and results-driven in achieving company cash flow goals.

Skills (Desirable) : Experience in managing or supervising a team. Strong people management and leadership skills. Open-minded and strategic in process improvement and decision-making.

Key Accountabilities Oversee overall sales and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations while coordinating with management and branches Implement and enhance standard operating procedures and work processes.
