- Handle booking platforms, hotel systems, OTAs, and service channels with precision.
- Coordinate requirements with housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, and other involved areas.
- Promote additional hotel services and opportunities to improve the guest experience.
- Execute complete and documented shift handovers, communicating relevant incidents.
- Support audits, reports, and operational controls corresponding to the area.
- Act according to established protocols in case of emergencies or unforeseen situations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 02 years of experience in hotel reception or similar positions.
- Technical or university studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Administration, or related careers.
- Upper-intermediate/advanced English, with the ability to interact with foreign guests.
- Management of booking platforms, hotel systems, and OTAs.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
