Responsibilities and attributes Perform personalized service; Receive and provide support services to patients and families in a humanized and welcoming manner; Monitoring and support for elective patients; Perform daily visits to the beds under your responsibility; Responsible for messengers; Carrying out humanized actions and volunteering in the hospital; Facilitator in the hospital environment, providing all necessary support to patients and visitors; Guide patients and companions regarding the hospitality services offered; Conflict mediation. Requirements and qualifications Completed higher education in Hotelaria or administration; Knowledge of the Office package Excel advanced; Intermediate English; Experience with customer service preferably in the health/hospital area; Assertive communication; Emotional intelligence; Ability to work in a team.
