Data Projects Specialist

Validate and monitor transversal actions for the company's development, using deep technical and analytical knowledge, aiming to ensure that all schedules and deliveries are respected, generating monthly reports reported with total precision and compliance.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Control the schedule, scope, and progress of the superintendency's development projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
• Coordinate the flow and distribution of the team's daily activities, aligning priorities and technical dependencies together with the Management and Superintendency.
• Present status reports, partial results, and project indicators to leadership and client areas, developing clear, concise, and visual executive presentations.
• Support the team in project documentation and in translating complex technical requirements into executable action plans for the development team.
• Monitor operational risks and bottlenecks during activity execution, proposing preventive or corrective actions to avoid impacts on financial data deliveries.
• Communicate and maintain constant interface between technical teams and business areas, ensuring visibility of progress and expectations.
• Monitor project performance indicators (KPIs such as deadline and completed vs. planned deliveries), ensuring that the Management and Superintendency portfolio meets SLA goals.
• Manage the backlog and control multiple simultaneous activities and presentations that directly support the validation of revenues and costs managed by the Management and Superintendency.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Consolidated experience in project control, schedule management, PMO (Project Management Office), or experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
• Intermediate English.

Desirable / Differentials:

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management or Agile Methodologies.
• Black Belt certification, preferably in data, technology, or supplementary health areas.
• Excellent mastery in creating executive presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Knowledge of task management tools (Jira, Trello).
• Experience with agile and traditional methodology practices.
