Artificial Intelligence Coordinator (Agent Planning and Implementation & Agentic Processes)

Technically lead and coordinate the complete cycle of planning, architecture, and implementation of solutions based on AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems (MAS). The goal is to transform business visions into autonomous, deterministic, and high-performance workflows, ensuring that the cooperative utilizes advanced orchestration of large language models (LLMs) to achieve operational excellence and competitive advantage in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities and assignments This professional will have a hybrid technical leadership profile (player-coach), acting directly on the development front line and in the coordination/management of the team's people, with the following assignments:Plan and structure architectures for autonomous agents and agentic workflows (Agentic Workflows), defining decision-making strategies, subtask division, and cooperation between multiple agents.Coordinate the team of AI engineers and data scientists, coding together during critical stages of integration, code review, and the definition of software engineering standards applied to AI.Ensure the implementation of function calling (Function Calling / Tool Use), connecting agents to external APIs, legacy databases, and vector databases with security and low latency.Design efficient short-term and long-term memory management systems for agents, using advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques and state persistence.Develop and apply security layers (guardrails) to mitigate hallucinations, infinite execution loops, and unexpected agent behaviors, ensuring deterministic and reliable outputs.Establish the monitoring, observability, and logging infrastructure for agents in production (token cost, latency, task success rate), continuously optimizing the ROI of the solutions.

Requirements and qualificationsPractical and advanced experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain and/or Semantic Kernel.Mastery of architectures such as ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflection/Self-Correction, and dynamic task routing.Advanced programming in Python, including design patterns, API development (FastAPI/Flask), unit testing, and asynchronous programming (asyncio).Experience with Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, Chroma or pgvector, including advanced chunking and reranking.Solid experience in prompt engineering, consumption, and parameterization of proprietary models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and open-source (Llama, Mistral).Practical mastery of metrics such as ROUGE, BLEU, BERTScore, as well as alignment and semantic evaluation frameworks.Experience using LLMs for output evaluation, considering criteria of Faithfulness, Answer Relevance, and Harmfulness.Experience structuring solutions in Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI.Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions, plan scopes, delegate tasks, and lead agile teams.Advanced technical reading and daily communication with international communities.
