Process Technician (RE)

About the Role The primary responsibility of a production process technician is to support the efficient and safe operation of the plant's production processes. They play a crucial role in ensuring that equipment and systems function optimally, production runs smoothly, and product quality meets the required standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure the smooth operation of the production plant.

Follow work SOPs

Observe safety rules and 5S.

Assists in loading and unloading of ISO tanker, raw materials, carries out chemical waste sorting, waste transfer, and stock keeping.

Conduct material weighing and charging (PA & RE)

Assist TL in troubleshooting plant issues.

Grade change cleaning activities (PA & RE)

Perform confined space Tank cleaning (PA & RE)

Reactor cleaning (PA)

Conduct process gas and product sampling using gas chromatography (RE)

Perform weekly PH meter calibration (CHE & PA)

What We’re Looking For Min “O Level or equivalent

Relevant working experience in a chemical manufacturing industry is an advantage

Computer-literate able to perform data entry and use Microsoft Excel

Good communication skills

Hands-on and able to multi-task

Self-disciplined, good team player,

Responsible and independent worker

Have a safety mindset

Others: Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport provided)

Commence work: ASAP.

Applicants can work in Singapore without requiring a work pass.

Working Hours: 12-hour rotational shift
