Service Technician / Lurín

We are Unimaq, a Ferreycorp company and a leader in the sale and rental of light machinery in Peru. Currently, we are looking for your talent to occupy the position of Service Technician of the team that drives development, positively impacting the quality of life of millions of people.

What would your main responsibilities be?

• Perform diagnostic, disassembly, and assembly work of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems according to the manufacturer.
• Prepare technical reports, submission of timesheets, minutes, and guides according to company procedures.
• Comply with legal requirements and company safety standards.
• Ensure the perfect condition of PPEs, uniforms, tools, and other equipment used for the execution of your work.
• Assume other functions assigned by your immediate supervisor, in order to maintain efficiency in the area and/or Management.

What do we need?

• Graduates or Licensed Technicians in the specialties of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Heavy Machinery, or related careers.
• More than 2 years of experience with Caterpillar or Allied equipment.
• Availability to travel: Yes.
• Basic level English knowledge.
• Basic level MS office management.
• Possession of an A1 license with 1 year of seniority.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of light equipment (excavators, backhoes, skid steers, front loaders, generator sets, self-loading concrete mixers, aerial platforms, light towers, etc.).
• Knowledge in AT1 and AT2 evaluations.
• Knowledge in management of ET, Sisweb, Cat Inspect.
• Availability to work in Lurin.
