Marketing and Sales Manager - Proven commercial experience

A Marketing and Sales Manager is sought to join our team and lead the development of the company's commercial and digital presence. The selected person will be responsible for driving brand growth, supporting customer acquisition, and developing result-oriented commercial and marketing strategies. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, technological profile with initiative, capable of combining digital strategies with field commercial management.

Main functions:

• Develop and strengthen the company's image and presence in the market.
• Administer and manage corporate social networks.
• Design and coordinate advertising content and corporate material.
• Support the development of digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Manage CRM tools for following up on customers and business opportunities.
• Generate leads and support the new customer acquisition process.
• Coordinate commercial strategies together with the sales team.
• Support the organization and development of the commercial department.
• Perform follow-up with potential customers and the client portfolio.
• Manage artificial intelligence tools applied to marketing and sales.
• Participate in commercial visits and brand positioning activities.
• Support the development of expansion and business growth strategies.
• Supervise compliance with corporate image and branding guidelines.
• Prepare management reports and commercial results.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, sales, or commercial management.
• Management of social networks, digital marketing, and branding.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or similar.
• Management of CRM and digital tools.
• Knowledge and use of artificial intelligence applied to marketing and productivity.
• Excellent communication and result orientation.
• Proactivity, creativity, and organizational capacity.
